7 Reasons Why Bible Colleges are not Scriptural
David and Goliath Ministries
1 Cor 1:27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
1)  They (Bible Colleges) are not used or mentioned in the Bible.

2)  Jesus did not teach his disciples how to preach he only taught them how to pray.

3)  If God really called you to preach then he will give you the things to say.  Mat 10:19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

4) Why should I go to some Bible college just to hear some professors opinion as to what the Bible says.   2Pe 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
Ro 3:4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.
Act 17:11  These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

5) It only takes two brain cells knocking together to figure out that there are hundreds of so called Bible colleges out there and everyone of them teaches something a little different or allot different.  But yet they all give out college degrees saying that they (pastors/preachers/missionarys) are now qualified to teach and preach the word of God.  These colleges are actually taking the place of God and are saying that they are qualifying people to preach.   Hmm,  I wonder why God gave us a list of qualifications in scripture for a pastor/Missionary and none of them say anything about a formal education.

6)  Bible colleges are bad because a person no longer has to rely on prayer and the Holy Spirit for direction instead they rely on an education (head knowledge) for direction.

7) They are training pastors to be head strong to become the Holy Spirit behind the pulpit forcing and manipulating people behind the pulpit and to take churches over and run them under the guise of the leadership of the Holy Spirit.
