When I became a police officer we were expected to be honest in everything that we did we were even encouraged to behave mature when we were off duty. We were taught that the most important attribute or characteristic to have was honesty. Honesty was the most important thing about being a police officer everything that you did depended on it. We were taught that if you lie just once or fib the truth just once then your carrier will probably be over. Then the next most important thing a police officer was to have respect for the people.
When I was a police officer we were held at a higher standard. We had people over us so if we got out of hand or out of control the people could do something about it. The interesting thing about it is that we could not even get away with just saying something a little off color I mean we did not have to commit some heinous act or crime before we were scrutinized or investigated for wrong doing.
I am telling you all this because I think it is interesting how many preachers that are out there that can get away with almost anything until they do something really bad in church. I had two pastors who were doing wrong things, saying wrong things, and behaving badly, but because they never went as far as murder or adultery or stealing out of the church treasury they were beyond reproach. Most of the members were so naive that they just sat idly by not wanting to do anything about it convincing themselves that nothing is wrong.
I know of a case were a pastor had murdered his wife and was finally caught and arrested by the police and the church members were so stupid that they wanted to turn a blind eye to it and they stated that we just need to forgive and forget. I say who needs the devil when we have people that are as backward as that.
My question is why is it that out in the secular world when we go to work we understand that even those who are in authority even have to live by the rules but when we go to church its ok for the pastor to say anything and do anything even if it is against the rules. It is like we hang our brains at the door of the church building as we walk in and we behave as though we see “nothing and we hear nothing”.
I have known two pastors who have blatantly lied to the church about who they really are and what they believed when they were candiddating to become the pastor and after they had pastured that church for so many months their true selves came out it was like a chameleon who changes its colors based on the environment. Then the worst thing is that half the membership or more pretends to notice nothing and forgets the past as to what the pastor said about what he believed not wanting to admit that he has totally reneged (lied).
Lets put some thing into perspective here. I also am an independent Baptist fundamental, KJV, local visible church person as well. Many of these preachers who are in my camp may have a lot of the doctrinal positions correct from the Bible when it comes to Bible versions and what and were the true church is and where it started but they totally fall apart when it comes to common sense, relating to people and priorities as far as what the most important doctrines in the Bible are. Now lets do something that many in my camp fail to do and that is use Biblical common sense. The most important doctrine in the Bible besides the doctrine of salvation is the doctrine of Charity (Love) and that is according to the Bible not me!. When ever I get around some of these preachers that are in my camp all they can talk about as their priorities is are you "KJV only" its like they have an obsessive compulsive mental disorder. And they cannot see the forest because the trees are in the way. When are we going to get our priorities straight for once. I am calling everyone who has an ear to hear this message to righteous biblical thinking. When are we going to hear an independent fundamental Baptist church ever say we are a church that believes in charity first? I Cor13 makes it very plain that you can have all the right ideas and beliefs but if you donot have love you are a big zero you are a nothing.

Many of your pseudo (false) pastors will say they love you with their tongue but in their actions you would never know it.
Look, I am KJV only as well. I have studied the fact that there are two lines of Bible transmissions the modern versions came out of Alexandria Egypt and the KJV came out of Byzantine and the 52 or 53 pagan scholars translated the King James from the Textus Receptus or Majority Text. But just keep this in mind all of you KJV only holy then thou people. Those 52 men were a bunch of Catholics who hated Baptists who burnt Baptist to the stake and hung them and did some of the most cruel things that are unspeakable. These were men who held to heretical beliefs about salvation, the church, baptism and the Lords Table.
I give forceful powerpoint presentations showing that the KJV is the Bible we should be using because the modern versions came from the wrong line of transmission out of Alexandria Egypt. And I still believe all that today.
I have good Godly friends who use some of these modern versions ignorantly and naively some of them are better Christians then some you who self-righteously are KJV only. Some of you KJV only types ought to start reading the Bible for yourselves for once in your life and read about the most important doctrine of the Bible for Christians. I don't care what Bible version you use if you don't have Godly love then you are a big zero. You are what's wrong with this country and this world. You are lower then a sneaky snake who slithers around seeking whom ye may devour creating casualtys in your church. You are a devil in sheep's clothing.

Now did you read that? Look I don’t care if you are KJV only, I don’t care if you go out soul winning 24/7, I don’t care if you teach the word of God tell you are blue in the face, I don’t care if you have a handle on scripture as my former puffed up pastor said he had, I don’t care if you have all the right Bible doctrines, I don’t care if you know all things. If you do not have charity you are a big zero a big low snake in the grass not because you are a sinner but because that is what you are if you do not have charity. So wake up you so-called Baptist fundamentalists you are finding out that you are not fundamental at all.
When are we going to wake up and start exposing these people who follow after dictators like Jack Hyles and pastors who get defensive behind the pulpit because they are narcissist?
These kind of false pastors are like a machine. They hide behind the pretext of fundamentalism and they turn churches into a religion instead of promoting a relationship with Jesus Christ and replace having a relationship with Jesus Christ with themselves (Pastor) and they unwittingly coerce the people into having a relationship with the pastor instead of having a relationship with Jesus.
Many IFB, KJV pastors think they can do and be all the things that Jesus Christ was while he walked this earth. I know of a pastor today who said right to my face that he is able to go into a church and tell what kind of people they are and know what kind of mood the people are in. I wanted to ask him if he thought he was Jesus Christ too. This is also the same pastor who is running people off in his church unnecessarily.
I find it interesting that when we study church history that protestant churches came from the Catholic church and that is why you can find similarity's between Catholics and protestants. The Baptist church did not come out of the Catholic church but can be traced back to the disciples but yet I do find some Catholicism in many IFB, KJV only churches where the pastor expects blind loyalty and try's to be beyond reproach in his church and may even think he is the boss and is responsible for the people in his church. Today we are finding as much Catholicism in some IBF churches as protestant churches.
The Pastor is considered the dictator, the pope who takes God's place. What ever he says goes. No one must question his authority. What ever he says what ever he does it is from God and you do not dare question God. He is held in very high esteem, if not even worshiped. It seems that many of these pastors are on a big ego trip, and come from broken homes with alcoholic fathers. The classic example is

Excuses Purpose Driven Pastors Use to Justify Bad Behavior
1) "The Minster who is in the front is always easy to attack". This shows immaturity on his part a pastor who believes in earning the respect of the people will not have to be on the defensive all the time and will be respected by the people. I have know minister who have taken some very unpopular stands and have gotten the respect of the people anyway because the proved to the people that he truly loves them.
2) "The old members always cause the trouble in the church because they are set in their ways".
Page 180 The Purpose Driven Church by Rick Warren he encourages pastors to take a small church and have all the old members leave and have new members join then that way the pastor can Taylor fit the church to his wishes.
The same satanic influence that is in the "Purpose Driven Church" book is in some Independent Fundamental KJV Baptist Churches.
I know of a pastor who talked very negatively and openly saying little things here and there about the old members. Talking behind their backs. It was his fault for becoming the pastor of that church.
IBF Pastors Wake UP
When my sister and her husband got the bad news that their oldest son was autistic my oldest sister asked them "well now are you going to go to a more liberal church now that you know that your son is autistic." My sister asked her "what do you mean." She then stated it is sometimes true that the more liberal churches behave more kind, compassionate, seem to be more level headed and more down to earth then the more conservative churches. The more conservative fundamental churches as so obsessed with having the right doctrine that they forget to be gracious, fair and have integrity like Jesus.
